We value the views of our patients and actively encourage you to share your experience of the service we provide, welcoming feedback both positive and negative.

Comments and suggestions are important to ensure we are getting it right. This is why it is important for us to know about what is working and what is not working.

We hold monthly Patient Participation Group meetings at the surgery and welcome all patients to attend this meeting.

You can also send any comments or suggestions you want raising at this meeting to us prior to the meeting e-mailing jamesalexander.PPG@nhs.net

Dates for each meeting can be found on our website or by contacting the surgery. Minutes of these meetings are also available on our website and within the reception area.

We will be in touch shortly after we receive your form to advise you of the date of the next PPG meeting.

Please note that the Patient Participation Group is not in place to discuss concerns or comments on specific individual aspects of your care, should you feel this necessary please arrange this through our Office Supervisor.

Dear Patient,

We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.

To help us with this, we are setting up a virtual patient representation group so that you can have your say. We will ask the members of this representative group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received. We will contact you via email and keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time.

We aim to gather around a hundred patients from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.
