Home Visits

Whilst we encourage our patients to come to the surgery, where we have the proper equipment and facilities available, we do appreciate this is not always possible. In this respect, if you do need a home visit, you can help us by calling reception before 10:00.

Home visits are intended for the housebound and those too ill to travel.  A lot of problems can be dealt with over the phone and therefore all requests for home visits will be triaged by a doctor first.

We have access to a wide range of healthcare staff and therefore your request may be carried out by one of the wider healthcare team, such as district nursing staff or urgent care practitioners.

Please try to come to the surgery whenever possible as we have better facilities for examination and treatment.
